Application for Customs action

Usually the customs authorities can only take action in the case of counterfeit goods if the right-holder concerned has lodged an application for action with the customs administration. Here, applications made under Community legislation must be distinguished from those that are made under national legislation. The application procedures are almost identical, although the scopes are clearly different. Applications are filed through ZGR-online.
