Contents of the service

With the "aviation tax" service in the Customs Portal, you as a natural or legal person or a representative authorised by your person can enter applications, notifications, declarations and other forms electronically and submit them to your competent main customs office in a legally binding manner. You can retrieve correspondence from the customs administration (authorisations, notifications, enquiries, etc.) electronically via the mailbox function of the Customs Portal.

When applications, notifications or declarations and other forms are submitted, the Customs Portal generates an operation with a unique operation number under your participant number (VVSt) and automatically transmits it to your responsible main customs office.
