The Minimum Wage Act (Mindestlohngesetz - MiLoG), the Posted Workers Act (Arbeitnehmer-Entsendegesetz - AEntG) and the Act on the Provision of Temporary Workers (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz - AÜG) lay down certain minimum requirements for the terms and conditions of employment, which every employer must comply with.
