What is a deployment in mobile activities?

Deployments pursuant to Article 16 Minimum Wage Act (MiLoG), Article 18 Posted Workers Act (AEntG), and Article 17b Provision of Temporary Workers Act (AÜG) in conjunction with Article 2 of the Ordinance on Minimum Wage Reporting Obligations (MiLoMeldV)

Each period of continuous days spent by the driver in Germany shall count as one deployment, regardless of the number of journeys the driver undertakes during their stay within this country.

One deployment, therefore, is the period of time between the driver crossing the border into and out of Germany.
