Details of the recast ordinance

Some relevant provisions of the recast Ordinance on Minimum Wage Documentation Obligations (Mindestlohndokumentationspflichtenverordnung - MiLoDokV) at a glance:

  • The reporting and recording obligations pursuant to the MiLoG cease to apply if

    1. the sustained regular monthly pay exceeds a gross 2,958 euros, or if
    2. the sustained regular monthly pay exceeds a gross 2,000 euros where the employer can submit evidence of such payment for the past full twelve months
  • Working time records under both MiLoG and AEntG legislation may be dispensed with for members of family helping in an employer’s operation
