To enquire about a current application, the approval of simplified procedures, your customs clearance or other procedures that have been initiated in Germany, please contact the locally competent main customs office (Hauptzollamt) or the customs office responsible for clearance.

German customs do not use tracking numbers for reference. Therefore we cannot provide information based on them. Please ask the transporting company for the exact customs office involved, and for a reference of customs (e.g. an AT number or MRN). You could then contact the customs office.
