Shipments by post from a country outside the European Union or dispatched in the course of Internet trading from a country outside the European Union must observe the same firearms legislation as apply when travelling to Germany.

You should inquire at the authority competent under firearms legislation whether the proposed dispatch of firearms and ammunition is authorised and whether any firearms documents are required.
